Win 7 settings:
go to Control Panel \ All Control Panel items \ Power Options: and put the option to highlevel, not to energie save mod.
my settings there are 100% CPU usage at low and at High, so my CPU runs all the time at 100%.
rightclick on steamicon and under compatibility put a mark in where win 7 is allowed to make a low desktopresolution when playing CoD.
Download Gamebooster 3 and use it, helps me a lot.
config tuning with steamcloud enabled
to see the contacts better and that the dont dissepire when you come closer go to your config, search for the part [core]
and there for the MeshShowLod=0 file and change it to 1.
to run it with steamcloud you need to make it before you run the game and steam and in both configs (steamfolder and 1C folder)
than start the game, go to windows check if it is in both configs, if not make it again (game still running) and than close the game and let steam synconisite with steam. check both config again if its there everything is ok now when not try it again.
