Hyperlobby - nova versão (WiP).

Ate que enfim resolveram dar uma revisada no Hyperlobby.

The following issues i have fixed in my development version:

- Skin images are not show (Vista/Windows 7)
- Application crash after exit (Vista/Windows 7)
- Rename forgoten battles room to IL2-Sturmovik 1946
- Remove some ancient rooms like Pacific fighters and IL2-Sturmovik and rearange supported games layout.

Issues left:

- Move user data from HL instalation folder to windows user profile (and disable Windows 9x support)
- Fix "Runtime error 216 at 000032C0" breaking HL instalation on 64bit systems.
