Problemas com o HL...o que pode ser?!

pessoal, não sei se já aconteceu com vocês, mas não estou conseguindo entrar no HL...está dando o seguinte mensagem:

Error Socket: 10060 The attempt to connect timed out

Connecting the HyperLobby server failed. Please check your firewall configuration. HyperLobby program (hlpro.exe) must have enabled access to the Internet !

bem, verifiquei o firewall e está tudo ok

...o que pode ser?!?!
