Queria saber se existe alguma maneira de fazer com que cidades ou torres de comando fiquem iluminadas a noite? e como faço para colocar fumaça saindo das chaminés? sei como por a fumaça mais ela ficando saindo do chão, queria que a fumaça saisse da ponta delas.

Acrescente estas linhas no seu conf.ini (na pasta IL2), na seção [HotKey Builder].
No caso espécifico da altura de luzes e fumaça, use o botão direito (do mouse) + F4.
