Players wanting to user the Warbirds of Prey servers will need to install/Upgrade their current installations to UI 1.2 and 4.09m
Here are detailed instructions on what needs to be done:
Pre-Requisite: All users will need to start with a base UI 1.1 installation. See This Post for instructions on how to install UI 1.1. (Note: You do not need to install UI 1.1.1 as it is included in UI 1.2)

Users can download UI 1.1 from Here
Once you have a successful UI 1.1 installation, make a copy of it and call the new folder UI 1.2 (not really necessary but will save time if you have to do a rebuild later on. ) If you do not make a copy of it still rename the UI 1.1 folder to UI 1.2.
Now download UI 1.2 from Here
Once you have downloaded all 8 sections, verify the file sizes with the files sizes shown from the UI 1.2 post at AAA (One listed above).
You can now click on part 1 (The only .exe file) and point the installation to the UI 1.2 folder.
It will take 5 to 10 minutes do install all the sections.
At this point you should have a working UI 1.2 IL2 game. Veryify that it is working.
I have updated the version switcher program to allow you to switch between 4.08m, 4.09m and UI 1.2. Download the new version switcher and follow the instructions below to install 4.09m into your UI 1.2 folder so everything is in one place.
Download the New version Switcher program from Here
Unpack the new Version Switcher package to the UI 1.2 folder and follow these install instructions to incorporate 4.09m into this folder:
1) Next double-click to run the command script 4.09_prep.cmd in the UI 1.2 folder
2) Now download the 409m and skins409m patches from Here(about 3 posts down is where the links are)
Once both patches have been downloaded:
3) Install 4.09m to the UI 1.2 folder.
4) Install the skins4.09m patch to the UI 1.2 folder
5) Now double-click to run the command script 4.09m_post_install.cmd from the UI 1.2 folder
You should now have a complete installation that will enable you to switch between Stock 4.09m and UI 1.2 without problem. (Default startup is 4.09m)
Use the IL2VersionSwitcher program to switch between versions.
Please note that These installation instructions allow you to switch between 4.09m and UI 1.2 installations, the UI 1.2 version sits upon the 4.09b1m beta release. In the near future it will be updated to support the 4.09m patch.
