S! pessoal,

acho que estamos com problemas.

Fui olhar minha fatura do cartão de crédito e vi que os caras continuam me cobrando mensalmente (cobraram mais duas vezes US$ 19,54), como se não tivesse pago o ano.

Abri um ticket com eles pedindo o cancelamento e com o Paypal solicitando reclamando destas compras não autorizadas.

Para minha surpresa, o servidor foi bloqueado! Vejam:

This is a notification that your service with DarkStar Communications has been suspended due to an overdue or declined invoice. DarkStar Communications provides a subscription based service. You are receiving this e-mail because your service with our company was not cancelled, but payment was declined by your bank, or because PayPal did not notify us of your payment or cancellation.

When payment has been made, your account will be instantly turned back on -- if you wish to cancel, please submit a cancellation request after service is restored.

Please note that you will need to restart your server via the control panel once your service is re-activated.

Overdue Balance: $19.54
Date due: Apr 05, 2008

Please note that your account is still bound to service for at least another pay period. If you wish to cancel your account, please send in the appropriate support ticket requesting so.

Our company will re-charge your credit card for the next 30 days. Our company must receive at least a fifteen day notice of cancellation for the cancellation to go into affect for next pay period.

If after 30 days we still do not receive payment, we reserve the right to submit your information to a collection agency to collect payment.

Please contact us back as soon as possible to make payment arrangements. If you wish to cancel service, your overdue invoice can be paid and the account closed.

Pois é, Zica . . .

Bom, por partes.

O primeiro mês, aquele de testes, eu paguei com o PayPal e, pelo que entendi, ao fazer isso inscrevi minha conta do PayPal como pagadora do servidor.

A questão é que, o valor anual eu paguei usando o tal ClanPay e, pelo que explicaram, apenas fazendo isso eu não cancelo a inscrição da minha conta feita no tal primeiro mês, que citei no parágrafo anterior. (Malandros não?!)

Resultados:

1 - O servidor esta no ar novamente, segundo eles, foi cancelado pq cancelei os pagamentos já realizados pela tal inscrição, veja:

The reason why your server was suspended, was because the paypal invoices were reversed by you and that's a violation of our terms of service.

2 - Estou resolvendo com eles para ver o fim que terão os US$ 39,08 que já me cobraram. Acredito que, no pior caso, vamos ter um crédito para a renovação no próximo ano (e precisaremos fazer uma nova vaquinha para amortizar essa valor

)

3 - No próximo ano a renovação precisará ser manual (QUE NOVIDADE), vejam:

Em tempo, Tomcat, seu pagamento pelo ClanPay realmente não foi recebido, veja com a sua operadora de cartões. Se eles te cobraram estão te roubando.
