Fix for Russian language map names:
I've been messing about, looking to find a fix for the the problem of cyrillic text appearing in place of the usual English place-names on several of the FMB/campaign maps. I think I've figured it out now Very Happy
If you take a look at the contents of the downloaded package, you will see a set of BLANK .properties files (burma_ru, manchuria_ru and Khalkhingol_ru). Also a wordpad list of new entries for your Filelist.txt
Installation:
Put the blank .properties files in your "i18n" folder, and copy/paste the additional entries into
your Filelist.txt. Save and exit.
Now when you start the game and load one of those maps, it will try to load the map names listed in the relevant '_ru properties file. Finding nothing, it will automatically revert to the hard-coded English map labels instead.
Now that you have the idea, you can do the same trick for any other map that has the same problem. Handy eh?
