Essa chama de tanque arrebentado - se vê em gun cam com aviões japoneses, provável devido aos seus tanques não selados, tinha no CloD original - mas menos "amplificada" e só aparecia em bombers, que logo depois caia.

Ai no "amplifica/hollywood" do 4.53 começou a aparecer em caças... que depois continuam voando normalmente. :P

Mais um "developer update" típico, no melhor estilo SoW: alguns 3D de veículos - meia boca por sinal.
Um Bf 109 "novo" mas cheio de "placeholders", a classica "bolha" de nuvens de sempre com closes para tentar parecer coisa nova, e "importantes" progressos.

"- Bf-108 modelling complete and ready for import."

Se não corrigirem o "ground handling" e o vento com força de furacão do CloD, outro treinador vai ser tão inútil quanto o Tiger Moth.

Teste de Netcode.
Hello All

TF's Code Group would like to run a test of the current version of TF 4.53 Blitz to pinpoint areas where the netcode can be improved for TF 5.0.

We would request as many players who can attend as possible, the results will be important for TF 5.0 gameplay.

Server will be set up with large numbers of AI aircraft flights, etc.

Date and time is November 17th at 1800 GMT.

Players use their current TF 4.53 Blitz install. There is no requirement to patch any new data.

The test is designed to determine the point at which the total numbers of humans and AI become problematic in 4.53 and to identify what areas can be improved for TF 5.0.

There will be designated Teamspeak channels on the ATAG Teamspeak.

TFS Developer Update - Patch v4.54
Hello everybody and a Happy New Year to you all.

This is just a short update to announce that we are releasing a v4.54 patch via Steam today. This is a bug fix and enhancements release (no new content) and although it is a patch, it is a full 8GB download. This is because we are also introducing a new release and patch procedure - which we will use to roll out further patches between now and the release of TF 5.0.

The list of fixes and enhancements is as follows:

Enhanced grass rendering (Fix for the grass popping up).
Fixed parachutes disappearing in the distance.
Fixed steam lobby creation.
Removed “Jump Points“ aka 'Long Grass Traps' on the airfields.
This does not fix the spawn points off the airfields, yet.

Fixed wrong GUI font messing up cursor position and input fields in chat and Full Mission Builder.
Implemented radiator over-pressure valve for aircraft with pressurised radiators.
Water radiator only vents as long as there's a reserve.

Separated sight illumination control for multi-crew aircraft.
Smooth lever/switches cockpit animations for Bf110 versions, Blenheim MkIV, BR.20, Tiger Moth, G.50, He 111, Hurricane Mk1, Ju 87B2, Bf 109 versions, Spitfire versions and Su 26.
JU88-A1 turrets B and C must now be unlocked with the "Toggle Park Position" key (as with other turrets).

E após uns 4+ anos de "desenvolvimento" o North Africa do TF mostra um visual mais chinfrim do que do IL-2:46, nem poeira na decolagem tem. :P

Vai custar quanto? Se for pelo preço atual do CloD até que tá em conta, mas pelas músicas de funeral que eles costumam escolher como trilha sonora o futuro não parece auspicioso :lol:

Pelo que me lembro asa de caça destacando inteira no CloD era evento raro. Era mais comum o ridículo "corte cirurgido" da fuselagem traseira de alguns aviões, como Cr.42, Do-17... :@

Mas pelo jeito no TF 5.0 "saw wing" vai ser um "must". :P
