Pode ser download corropido, veja se tem como checar o CRC.

Achei isto:

I assumed the problem had something to do with my RedOrchestra.ini since the problem did not start till I made some adjustments to it.

I renamed my .ini file to RedOrchestra_bak.ini and then restarted RO and everything came up fine.

The only thing that I changed in my .ini file was CacheSizeMegs=512 and set UsePreCaching=False.

Simply changing that CacheSizeMegs=256

or

ry updating directx to the latest version often updating directx to the latest revision fixes quite some issues.

If you move steam.dll from the steam folder into your ro system folder and then start ro does the game startup then or still not.

Beside that make sure that the folders are not write protected etc.

Então, bixei duas vezes já, e tambei jpa tentei essa recnfiguração do .ini, não deu certo... sinceramente dá vontade de pedir o dinheiro de volta....
nunca ví o trem ser tão bugado eninmguém conseguir arruamr isso, e olha que tem muita gente com o mesmo problema... já naveguei por uns 1000 sites com 1000 soluções e nunhum funciona.... é muita zica...hehehe

Este jogo não tem problema para instalar - já instalei em Athlon XP1700+ com 512Mb de memória, VGA Geforce 2 MX400 64 MB de um sobrinho.

Of course: Windows XP.

Alguma coisa na sua configuração esta gerando este erro.
